It was done in a haphazard manner with ~20 interns waiting for their turn at the interview. We were told to print our own CVs and talk through it. I had to wait ~3 hours for my turn at the interview.

Describe a time when you succeeded as a team and tell me of a time when you failed as a team
Brief group interview of around 10 candidates that lasted for about 10 minutes then individual interview. There were cameras recording us even before the interview started. And the HR gave us a presentation done by one of the company's junior trader to proofread and correct any errors you could find.
