The interview process for an internal applicant was a lot quicker than an external, I did 2 out of 3 of my interviews over the phone and was able to travel to the store I was applying to for my 2nd interview. Questions were pretty straightforward based on job description but needed pretty in depth answers.

Interview consisted of many steps including a video interview, in person, and hand on interview. The video interview had prompted questions and the in person was straightforward. Afterwards, you're on the floor to demo your sales skills.
