Had a phone interview... Person forgot what time to call me, so I had to call her and remind her. Got scheduled for a panel interview. Rocked it! Then never heard back from them even though they told me in the interview then would let me know. Called a week later to follow up.. was told they are still deciding and would let me know... never heard back. Tried a week later and left messages with all 3 people I interviewed with asking for a status... never heard back. Worst interview process I have ever experienced...

The interview process moved very quickly. I did phone interviews with two different individuals and then was invited to interview in person in the Dublin office. The whole process took less than two weeks and the communication and follow-up was quick and as promised, until the on-site interview. I received no follow-up after the on-site interview - no phone call, email, letter etc to notify me that I hadn't been expected. After three rounds of interviews and taking an afternoon off work to interview onsite, I expect at least some notification that the position has been filled.
