The initial process was very typical, applied, contacted, took a personality test, recorded a video of me answering some questions , and then an in person interview. The problem was after, they had said I would hear something from them in a week or so, ok not a problem. Time went on and I heard nothing, so I did the professional thing and reached out them for a simple update. I again didn't receive a response. I don't understand why it was so difficult for them to send a response and say, thank you for your time but we are pursuing someone that better matches what we are looking for. It was honestly so unprofessional to do that to a person that gave you their time. A simple response is not asking much, especially when they said they would let me know. If this is anything, it is a blessing I did not get the position, because working for individuals that can't follow through with what they say is not for me.
