I was interviewed online through skype by an HR Assistant. She was kind and the interview was just to get an overview of my CV. The second interview was by a 50-year old lady, K. Not only I had to wait for over twenty minutes, but she was completely unprepared and anaware of my CV. I quickly realised that she was reading my CV for the first time. She was extremely rude and acted like she owns the company. SHE WAS INTERRUPTING ME ALL THE TIME. Her approach dated back to 1980. Of course when they called me for another interview I refused. If you want to become a true multinational company, fix your HR.
