Friendly and courteous people. Multiple Individual interviews. Some technical questions. One of the better interviews if I were to rate them. Interviews were in a conference room in a one on one environment. I interviewed with the hiring manager and 2 manager/director level individuals about the hiring manager and one of the engineers. All of the employees shared lots about their experiences at Land o Lakes. Would have been a good company to work at in my opinion. Not a super long drawn out interview process. Main interviews day took about 2-3 hours. They were flexible with arranging the date and time of the interview.
