I had a 60 minute long interview with 3 different people: the head of communications department, communications employee and college recruiter. The first half was with experience/personality questions and the second half was situational questions and basic application questions.

Frantic at the beginning -- come in tomorrow, no the next day! (It's a contracting position, so this wasn't totally shocking.) Then a really good interview, very professional and friendly.
