It was a very informal interval however, the amount of stages for this position is absurdly high (7 stages). Their reasoning is that they want to prepare the person with all the knowledge and not to place them into the deep end of the pool so to speak. Thus, the atmosphere is very consistent and there is a strong indicator that the culture is unwavering as well as how the company is supposedly not open to change.
