Contacted by recruiter, scheduled interview. Met with field superintendant 1on 1 at 7:00 am. Very un impressive management team. What more can be said about the process, the hiring manager was unintrested and seemed distracted he could not even follow the conversation. Not sure but he seemed like he was hung over or still high from the night before.
