It was the typical phone interview followed by an in person interview with the practice manager and then walking around the office to get a feel of everything. The in person was fun because that was the time to show my personality which I think is hard to do on the phone screening, but it was all sales related so be sure to really focus on that and talk about how you manage fast paced environments and metrics. It took me MONTHS to get an interview because my resume wasn’t worded correctly for a sales position so if you’re stuck try that

1. Phone interview to screen you 2. In person interview Must have open availability, open/close, and disclose any vacation time you have in the next 90 days because if you don't they wont let you go! They seriously denied peoples time off for their WEDDING!
