I applied online and received a phone interview email link later that day. I scheduled the interview and my interviewer was about 10 minutes late. She asked me about my experience and then told me about the position and what is to be expected of me. She explained sales goals and how the commission works and I’d be doing front del work as well. She did ask me if I had questions and I did she couldn’t answer several questions because she was only on the hiring side and the sales goals were very unrealistic. I honestly didn’t care to move forward with this company because red flags number one was my interviewer being late it just shows no respect for my time. Anyways she said she’d send my info to the hr manager but I could careless going forward.
