First met HR at onsite career fair where they asked me some basic OOP principles. Then followed up with a programming assignment which was to be completed within a week. The next stage was a phone interview where the HR mostly talked about resume (not many technical questions). Then I was called for an onsite interview where I met with 2 of the engineers. I got to see very little of the company and therefore did not get to experience what the company culture was like. I only saw the building lobby and the conference room where I was interviewed
