The interview process happened over phone and the person taking it was an HR. So it was fairly non-technical with a few basic questions related to Linked list and other questions that other people might have referred to in the reviews for this company. Then came the coding round and about analysis of a certain scenario which again from reading other people's reviews seems pretty common. However, after a week I got a call from the same HR stating that they are interested in my profile and I might be a good fit for another senior role which appealed to me. I said 'Yes' and she was happy and told me that she'd let me know. Then, she called me again after 2 weeks apologizing and again offering me yet another position and I later consented to that as well since I was jobless at that time. But, since that I have heard nothing at all. I mailed them twice or thrice but its as if none of this ever happened. Really unprofessional on their part.
