3 Interviews with varying members of the management team. Tough questions, mostly surrounding personal growth and what I would consider culture. Focus on hiring the right candidate that fits within the company and can learn the job, not necessarily the most experienced. Phone Screen, then one-on-one interview, then panel interview. The whole experience took about 3 weeks total and I was offered a position a few days after the final interview.
