the interview process was pretty mainstream, I knew there was a vacancy, applied to the open REQ online, and communicated with the hiring manager. It took them about 3 weeks to source resumes and select candidates to interview. After the interview, I had the answer in about a week. The interview panel members were all open to giving interview feedback.
