Having originally applied for the role of Content Strategist, I was unsuccessful after my second round interview. This was communicated promptly, and then the following day I had been told that the hiring manager had recommended me for a different role in another department, for which I interviewed the following week. After speaking with the hiring manager, I received zero feedback for weeks. After chasing Lenovo, I then finally received feedback for the original Content Strategist role to which I had applied - feedback I had already received. More than a month now after a second/third round interview with the CMO, I am still being ghosted. If the hiring/feedback process is any indication of how Lenovo is as a place to work, I would not recommend them.
