The interview process has 2 rounds of interviews and 1 written test, interviewed by the HR and manager in 2 separated days. Need to submit paper application form and the written test was hand written. The company is pretty old school as they required candidates to submit hand written application form and provide a set of photocopy of all work proof and academic record instead of they check and copy the documents. Written test was still using paper with broad questions that more like Uni exam questions. Interviewers from both interviews were nice. However, HR seems to be hiding thr fact that weekly travel and station in the factory/office in China is required, which is occupying more than half of the work week. This requirement has only be disclosed during the 2nd interview.
