Applied online. After a couple weeks, I conducted brief phone interview with the recruiter focusing mainly on behavioral questions. After another couple weeks, interviewed on-site. First interviewed with Senior Project Engineers focusing on my experience as related to the job. Then interviewed with HR focusing on company culture and benefits. Finally, interviewed with the hiring manager focusing on the position and how I fit based on my skill set. The on-site interview lasted 2.5 hours.
