Interviewed with the VP and the Director of Partnerships. They asked for three direct supervisors as references and called all of them, which I thought meant I was about to be hired. The final interview with the CEO was very demanding. He asked a lot of unusual questions. Ultimately I was not chosen, which was extra disappointing because they had called all my references and I had to inform all of them that I hadn't gotten the job. I wish they would have left the references until the very end, because my references might not be as inclined to have their time wasted again.
