The interviewer was late 20 minutes did not even apologize or let me know he was going to be late.
There was NO introduction about the company, what they do and what the role entailed.
Interviewer went straight in and asked me full-on scenario questions, it felt as if they were fishing for ways to do the job as opposed to probing whether I am capable of doing the job - it felt the interviewer was pre-occupied and unable to give his full attention to me.
ALL Round very unprofessional and completely put me off on joining the company.

Questions were so appalling I don't even remember.
I had a brief discussion with Cherelle last year in July. She had wanted to put me through to the next stage although at the time I wasn't comfortable with working on a freelance basis and only receiving commission. In March of this year I had reached out to Cherelle and asked if it was possible to start the recruitment process again. She had told me I would have to meet with John for a Competency based interview. During the course of the interview, there were no competency based questions. It was a informal chat with very little direction or indeed questions of any nature. After only 15 minutes I was under the impression that John had other matters to attend to. The feed back I was given after the interview that it 'was really tough to get any answers out of you and the answers received didn't really give much about yourself'. I don't feel that I was asked many questions and of course, it lasting very little time. The majority of the interview was myself asking questions about the position and discussing the next stage of the process. I had explained in the interview that I am currently working a freelance role that takes up around 30 minutes to 1 hour of work each day. And that if I were to take a lunch break I would have at least 6 hours to commit to the role each day within a 9 to 5 schedule, aside from the hours that I would be able to put into the role outside of the 9 to 5. The feedback received was that 'it was noted that you only have a few hours a day to work on this as you are staying in your current role'. I would also add that the interviewer stated the there are colleagues who have second jobs and some that travel frequently. The position is a commission only role. I did also state that I was prepared to leave my current role once I had created momentum with commission.
