Applied online and took an online assessment that was an hour or two long but pretty straightforward.
A while later, had an interview over the phone, and was asked for an on-site interview the next day.
After the interview I was offered the internship and accepted.

The interview was probably one of the worst interviews I have ever had. It was over the phone. The interviewer called and had a very thick accent which was hard to understand. Her line had a lot of static and it sounded like there was a fan blowing through the line. She had to hang up and call me back and the connection was still pretty
