The company has you go through multiple interviews.
After submitting your resume and having an HR recruiter review it, the recruiter sends an e-mail to schedule a phone interview (phone screening).
The phone screening was scheduled 2 weeks after this initial interview as the department had a ton of candidates apply.
After my phone interview, it took another week to hear back about a potential in-person interview.
1 week later (we are now on week 3) I received confirmation of an interview day where multiple candidates were interviewing. The HR recruiter sent a list of times to schedule.
The day of the interview expecting to be there for 2 hours and you will interview with up to 6 different managers in the department.
The interview process is all behavioral based questions and they will expect you to pitch and market yourself well.

One part of the interview is spent listening to negotiations. You will need to rate the negotiation and how well it went, did not go, and how it could possibly be improved. They will then ask you what you personally liked and did not like about the negotiation.

Interview is a two phase process. You interview with 3 managers for the first hour then 3 other managers for the 2nd hour. After the drilling interviews you sit with a claims rep to get a feel of the overall position. The first hour of the interview was great, answered the questions to the best of my knowledge and presented them with my performance reviews/metric results from my current company, which I believe is solid facts when it comes to hiring a good candidate not a book of behavioral questions that anyone can practice and answer then once they are hired they cannot perform the job well. The 2nd round of managers were very distant from the minute they walked in, one only made eye contact with my performance sheets the entire time, then he randomly asked questions that were not on the interview sheet, I guess to make things more difficult. The other 2 just pretended to be interested but could clearly tell they were ready for the interview to be over. I hate to ever use the race card but I certainly felt discriminated against, all the managers were Caucasian except for one, I walked through the office and notice no diversity at all. The 2nd set of behavioral questions were very mundane & the managers were clearly looking for their own answers. I currently work in a well established company & I thought their interview process was a lot more effective than this company. Some people perform well when you test their ability not ask a bunch of “tell me about a time” questions. A claims adjuster handles a ton of files over their career it’s difficult to recall every single files and if they have a lot of examples then they are not great adjusters. I gave examples of the very few files I had an issue with, I built great relationships with my clients so I do not have a lot of problem files to relate to. I think they should make some changes to their hiring process because they are missing opportunities to hire qualified candidates not quantity. I have always been confident after an interview, matter of fact always received an offer, I have confident in my knowledge & skills, therefore another company will be happy to have me. The experience was challenging but it made be better for the next opportunity to come.

Filled out app online, took an hour long test. The next day was emailed for a phone screen. Phone screen maybe 3 days later. First the call was not on time, The lady was very rude as u could hear in her voice that she was not interested in me. The interview was suppose to last for 30 minutes but it was only 10. I'm not sure what I said wrong but she was totally not interested. She asked me how much I made in current position, she seemed really disinterested. I never got a call or email saying I wasn't selected I ended up going on the website and looking to see what my status was and it said "no longer interested" something like that... I was very disappointed as I have literally been applying with this company for 3 years over 10 jobs and this was the first time I had ever been contacted about a phone screen. I just knew this was my chance. Boy was I wrong. The lady was so rude it turned me off from every even wanting to apply with this company again.
