I was working with this company for two months going through the various steps they had throughout their recruitment process. While working a freelance job, and having the holidays hit, there was minimal communication to wrap up with final questions for a final decision. However when I tried to reach out, after a few times, I received an email from the manager at the Peoria, AZ, office who mentioned I had inabilities (responsiveness, organization & commitment) so they were going to withdraw me for this role. Not only was my time abused for over two months, I was then given pious words spewed at me while having to take insults via my traits to top it all off! This has been horrific! To punish hard-working individuals. And get in the way of their livelihoods. Like it’s some sort of game or humor for you. So my advice is, treat people how you wish to be treated! Otherwise your competition may win? & I hope so!
