Two phone interviews with two managers. Fairly simple. One was with who would become my manager and her manager. Because neither of them were currently located in the area I would intern, it had to be done by phone. I never met my manager in person until I started.

Contacted for phone screening, went really well. No interview yet. Been 3 weeks. Not holding my breath for a call. Recruiter estimated the whole process can take as little as one week.
