2 rounds for interns - On campus Behavioral Interview & Onsite full day interview For the onsite interview, you participate in 2 more behavioral interviews, 1 case study focused on insurance specifically but pretty average math skills, and then a job shadow. You go out and eat with the interviewers and managers as well, so it is a good time to make small talk.

I just had the first interview, which was a 30-minute behavioral interview with someone from HR. The person was really nice and made it seem like a conversation, not just an interview.
