I was interviewed by a three person panel in a script format, meant so that every candidate is asked the same questions and given the same opportunity. The interviewers were kind and approachable, while not offering responses to my answers to not appear biased. The questions were pretty much going through the KSA and asking to deeper explain your experiences in those skills.
