One short phone call with the recruiter and then two rounds of interviews. The first one went fine. Low pressure and open dialogue. During the second interview there was a manager who was extremely rude and condescending, clearly making their employee uncomfortable. I was told in the first interview that the culture was "laid back" and that it was a place where it was okay to make sense. The look of discomfort and fear on the employee's face says otherwise.
