I had one interview and then an offer was made.

Brief online test before being invited to interview. Asked to talk about myself before being told about the role.
The next day i was offered the job over the phone.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
