Very easy online application and test , the telephone interview was very friendly and detailed asked a series of questions which established if I went through to next part and made sure also lidl was right for me , had an interview with area and store manager very relaxing environment introduced them selves talked positive about what lidl had to offer and then I introduced myself taking through my life and experience then a few normal retail questions you’d expect they added questions within questions to draw the best from your answer probably one of the best interviews I’ve sat nothing negative all positives , had a phone call offering job within 24 hours and went along to a very well planned induction. During the full process Charlie from Doncaster RDC kept me updated on everything and was very helpful if I had any questions and replied very efficiently, my welcome event was full of positive information my training plan and uniform and discount card , all levels of the company came and introduced themselves and came across very down to earth and helpful

Telephone screening interview then a face to face interview with area manager. Do not expect any feedback if you are unsucessful, all you will get is a bog standard auto rejection email about 3 weeks after the interview
