It was simply a sales interview and was very easy to crack..one can easily crack this interview and it is a good place to kickstart your career.best of luck guys.Practice hard and do ur best

I applied through campus placement. The company had 2 rounds a group Discussion followed by Personal interview. There were 11 groups of around 35 students each so the competition was quite good. The HR person gave us fair opportunity to keep our points.
After the GD round the personal interview was held the next day.

During the pre-placement talk, i got to know that they have 4 months of training period, and after that if you clear the training period then only you will be appointed as Business Development Trainee. Also, there might be 2 training periods in total(4months+6months). So, if you don't clear it, then you will be their intern.
