I had a phone interview lasted about 10 min. The gal was straight forward and then sent me a personality test to take. She said she'd get back to me after I took the test to update me on next steps or status...... And now I’m just waiting & it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back. By the other reviews here it appears that is their MO, which is too bad, as that reflects lack of professionalism & indicates they treat potential teammates like a commodity. I sure hope they don't do that with staffing candidates as well.
