Thank you for your feedback. We would always recommend that candidates spend some time researching Lifeways before they interview with us. On some occasions, and in particular for more technical roles, the initial questions may be focused more on the technical aspects of the role. However, as part of the overall interview process we do believe it is important that a candidate has a good understanding of the role and also what we do as an organisation as well as our values. We obviously cannot (and would not want to) control who walks past, but our West Bromwich office gives us great access to talent in the Midlands and wider area. It’s a vibrant and growing office that’s also the regional hub for our I.C.T Department.
