It was on Zoom, with an upper management person. I was asked basic questions from tell me about yourself to what are you strong in to what is your weakness. I then had an opportunity to ask questions back. Their responses were as expected.

The interview process was friendly and relaxed. I didn't feel any pressure to give the "right answers." I was able to be open and honest about who I am and what I was wanting from the company.
