HR found my resume on Indeed and reached out. The process was quick and very informal feeling and it seems like the corporate office lacks structure. I had two interviews and then was ghosted. Probably for the best. Red Flag #1: The salary listed for the role was a very broad range. Too broad in my opinion. Red Flag #2: The job description was very lengthy and vague. When I asked specific questions about it during my second interview, it seemed like no one had even read the posted job ad and could only provide vague answers. Red Flag #3: I was told they've been trying to fill the role since last June. Red Flag #4: Lots of negative reviews online about the company from both customers and former employees.
