I had a phone conversation with an HR representative, and they immediately scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. I thought both sessions went very well. I felt that my resume was highly aligned with the job requirements. However, I was ghosted after the interview. I followed up with the contacts I had, but I never received an email back from anyone, nor did I get an automated email indicating that the position had been filled.
