Applied online. Heard back around 30 days later to set up phone screen. Phone screen seemed to go well, except that I was told that my requested salary (which was in the middle of the range listed on their own job posting) was above the top of the range. I was asked about my availability for early in the next week to set up the next stage of interviews. I was also told by the HR person that I'd hear back from her either way. Sent a "Thank You" email and followed up via email after 6 & 13 days, but never heard from her again. Two weeks later, I saw online that I was not selected for the role and the next day, I got an automated email informing me the same.
