It was easy. First I interviewed with a sales manager, then a panel interview with the all sales managers and the general sales manager. After few of the applicants were selected and we went to a training session for 8 weeks. Very good training program, but many people dropped out or did not complete the program because of various reasons.

Interviewed by 2 people. They asked fairly generic interview questions. They were more so paying attention to my attitude and enthusiasm. If your thinking of applying then make sure your ready to show them your hungry to make some money.
