1st interview was a fairly short phone call discussing the position and gauging my interest. 2nd interview was in person discussing my technical background and behavioral questions, touring the facility, and meeting with the chief engineer. 3rd interview was with the CTO discussing my resume, ensuring a good cultural fit, and discussing expectations on pay/benefits. Everyone was professional, kind, and easy to talk to-- a pleasant interview process.
