There is a typing test where they want you to format names, addresses, and other information. They then pull you in to interview for the position with one or two people from the management staff. They require that you leave your belongings at the front desk for security. Everybody is very friendly.

They want to know why one would have a gap in work history, they ask for relative experience. They want to know if there is any reason you cannot meet your obligations.
