Interview was scheduled very quickly after I applied. Interviewed with hiring manager and current person in this role who is being promoted. Both were super friendly, making it impossible for one to be nervous at all. Ultimately, the pay was far lower than what I could accept so I chose not to move forward in the hiring process (so I didn't actually receive an offer). If they could raise the pay by about $20k, I definitely would have accepted because the company sounded great and the people I interviewed with were absolutely lovely.
