I was greatly surprised by their lack of knowledge of the particular subject area . They are unprofessional as well.moreover very disrespectful and arrogant .they asked average question which is based on memory . They judge greatly by your appearance and your presentation. They more likely check your emotional skill rather than intellectual skill. Soft skills are more demanded than your subject knowledge.
