Purposefully selected some questions to not make myself come off as too much of a company suck-up so it would not backfire and make me look insincere (even though I needed the job). 6. Got call back saying I passed. 7. Personal interview is scheduled with HR 8. Arrive at interview (jeans and polo shirt) 9. Mostly a collection of personal information and some simple personal questions ("how would you deal with an irate customer?") 10. Scheduled for orientation with a few other recently hired people
