Half hour with one HR person, one hour with hiring manager. Returned a different day for 30 minutes with manager's manager. Returned a third day to meet with President. I would have needed to meet the EVP for the area on the 2nd or 3rd trip but they were out-of-town. That would have been four level's of management plus HR to meet. Some new hires are seeing five levels of management plus HR. Seriously? This isn't the CIA.
