Modern and professionally run. They helped you prepare. Comfortable atmosphere. Three interviewers on the panel who asked two questions each where you had to describe an experience you had to answer the question. They allowed you to ask questions as well. Relaxed atmosphere but serious questions aimed at getting to the heart of your character and relevant experience.

Great place and the management was very transparent. Fort Worth seems to be very organized for production. Lots of emphasis on team building and work culture. They are very big on cost reduction andbFOD control
7 Spectrums of leadership which is handled by a panel of peers and superiors to the position interviewed for. All based on the STAR method. At least 12 questions were asked.

Luncheon meeting with a Vice President and senior member of the National security team at a local restaurant. Business attire. Lockheed Martin members offered to pay for the meal. Cordial, professional 1.5 hour discussion of my background, and the Lockheed Martin focus on expanding their national security related business within the United States Intelligence Community.
