The company has good potential and it is recognized worldwide, backed by paytm. The interview process was quick at first but later it turned out to be frustrating. They prefer to do Video-calling if you're applying out of Mumbai. You get interviewed by developers who in part-time handle DevOps tasks so I suggest being prepared for development focused interview. My overall experience was frustrating - they don't value your time. The interviewing is done on random questions, the ones that popped up in interviewers mind at that moment, which states that they haven't streamlined DevOps tasks and requirements in their organization hence they expect a DevOps should know everything - literally. Delays and postponing interviews on last moment was quite frustrating which leads to losing interest because of sheer unprofessionalism. As per my observation, it looked like the company looking for people who can work for them 24/7 hence expect being asked to do overtime all the time.
