Applied online, got contact after 1 week. HR sent an OA first, including 1 programming question and several testing multiple choice questions. After reviewing the OA I finished, they scheduled an 45 min video interview. Both hiring manager and QA lead attend the interview. QA lead asked programming language questions and two testing design questions. I failed the video interview as they want someone with more experience instead of a new grad with only few month internship experience.
