The interview process is pretty casual. HR contacted me first, and had a quick phone interview, they asked about my previous experience. Then after a couple of days I had a face to face with the team, to discuss my interest in the position, my expectation on salary, and my commute situation. It's not very hard. But communication skill is key for the job
