When my application had been selected for an interview, a Senior Manager from the company’s head office in Seattle conducted the interview. The interview itself was laid back and straightforward. I was asked about questions about my teamwork skills, interpersonal relations and management style. Senior Manager also explained what they were looking for and I was asked how I would approach situations that would demonstrate my abilities and suitability for the role.
