      Colloquio per Account Manager

      6 feb 2026
      Candidato anonimo a colloquio
      Nessuna offerta
      Esperienza neutra
      Colloquio difficile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Longview Philanthropy nel mese di gen 2026

      Colloquio

The interview felt abrupt. From what I can remember, all of the questions were fairly complex, two-part questions combining project management and client relationships, with no warm-up or role context provided first. The interviewer essentially just said "Hi, welcome, how are you, I have 3 questions today" and then had to pivot to a dashboard to read the questions. Follow-up questions about Salesforce implementation and urgent leadership requests were reasonable but extremely open-ended. Without understanding the team's specific pain points or priorities, it was challenging to know what level of detail or which aspects to emphasize. I think candidates would benefit from a brief introduction to help frame their responses. The interview style favors those comfortable making assumptions and speaking broadly without really any guidance. Hate to say it, but I felt like I might as well have been speaking to an AI agent. The company, people, and interviewer all seem like great people with fantastic experiences that will bring good things to the world of philanthropy; however, I am not sure their hiring process is very polished. Step 1: Application Submission with a 30-minute Excel file test Step 2: Intro Interview Step 3: Paid Homework Assignment Step 4: Additional Interviews

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

Not exact questions, but along the lines of: 1: Describe you end to end project management process + How do you handle maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals? 2: How would you set up Salesforce to guarantee that the senior leadership would be supported successfully? 3: What's your strategy when leadership needs something critical within the hour?
