I arrived at the interview and was told that that it was not a traditional "get to know you" interview, but instead it was an "testing" interview. I was interviewed by two people who asked me hypothetical questions based on a criminal law situation. They informed me before the questions that they would not provide any feedback.

They asked me if I my client told me that he had intimidated a witness into lying to a judge about his peacefulness by threatening violence against the witness, so that he could be released, would I argue that the client should be released in court.
